TGT Group producer Lácteas Toledo achieves the IFS Food Safety Certification Higher Level

 

TGT Group producer Lácteas Toledo, S.A., which makes Manchego, Ibérico and other Spanish cheeses, is proud to announce that their factory has recently achieved the IFS Food Safety Certification Higher Level.

The main requirements of the IFS Technical Standard are the adoption of HACCP, a quality management system and control of factory environmental standards, product, process and personnel.

This achievement is yet another goal of the TGT Group, which has 6 factories in Spain and another under construction in the Republic of Cuba.
