Spanish cheese and quince sandwich

4 bread buns
½ cup Manchego cheese, sliced
7/8 cup quince, sliced
½ Tetilla cheese, sliced

Heat the grill. Halve the bread buns. Put equal amounts of the Manchego cheese slices on 4 halves. Place some Spanish quince slices on top. Place the Tetilla cheese slices on top of the quince.

Grill for a couple of minutes until the cheese on top is soft. Remove from the grill and top with the other bread bun halves. Serve at once.
